## Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Requirements & Analysis

 Engage with retail lending, operations, finance, and collections & recovery teams to gather requirements

 Analyze current-state loan servicing and collections processes (Nucleus LMS v3.3, Intellect)

 Define future-state servicing and collections solutions on FinnOne Neo

 Prepare BRD, FSD, user stories, and process maps

Loan Management & Collections Domain

 Loan account servicing, repayment scheduling, EMI / profit calculation & restructuring

 Charges, fees, interest / profit accrual & GL / accounting integration

 Deferral, rescheduling, write-off, settlement & account closure

 Delinquency management, bucketing, dunning & collections strategy configuration

 Collections workflow, case allocation, field & tele-calling, promise-to-pay & legal /recovery

 Conventional (FinnOne Neo) and Islamic (Finacle 11.x) product servicing

 Integration with core banking, payments, GL, and dialer / collections tools (REST /

SOAP APIs)

Stakeholder Management

 Act as bridge between business and IT

 Conduct workshops and discovery sessions

 Coordinate with vendors and product owners

Testing & UAT

 Define test cases and scenarios

 Support SIT and UAT

 Track defects and closures through to QG gate sign-off Implementation Support

 Support the implementation lifecycle across phased go-live waves

 Assist in training and go-live (greenfield new book first, followed by legacy migration)

 Provide post-go-live support and hypercare

Skills & Competencies

 Loan management / servicing and collections process knowledge

 LMS & collections platform configuration awareness (FinnOne Neo, Nucleus, Intellect, or similar)

 Process mapping and documentation

 Stakeholder communication

 Knowledge of API Integration (REST / SOAP), File Formats (XML, ISO, JSON, CSV), Data

Mapping & Interface specification

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

 8–10 years banking / financial services experience

 Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience on Loan Management / Collections

system implementations (e.g., FinnOne Neo, Nucleus, Intellect, Finacle, TCS BaNCS)
