## Description

Position Title: Brand Operations Manager - Women's Wear

Employment Type: Full Time

About the Client:

A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands.

Job Description:

• Oversee the day-to-day brand and retail operations, coordinating with stores, warehouse, logistics, suppliers, finance, merchandising, and other internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.

• Manage inventory and operational processes, including stock movement, replenishment, deliveries, transfers, product availability, supplier coordination, and store operational requirements.

• Monitor operational performance and prepare sales, inventory, and KPI reports, while ensuring compliance with company policies, proper documentation, and timely follow-up on invoices, payments, purchase orders, and other operational matters.

• Support new store openings, pop-ups, exhibitions, and business initiatives, identify operational issues, implement process improvements, and provide operational planning and support to management

Qualifications:

• With 5+ years of experience in brand, retail, or business operations, preferably in women’s wear, fashion, beauty, luxury, lifestyle, or premium retail.

• Strong background in retail/store operations with excellent cross-functional coordination skills.

• Good knowledge of inventory management, logistics, supplier coordination, and day-to-day operational processes.

• Proficient in MS Office and Excel, with experience handling operational reports, sales data, and KPIs.
