## Description

10+ years of total IT experience, with strong experience in Program/Project Management and Agile delivery.

Proven experience managing multiple software development workstreams, ensuring delivery against scope, timelines, dependencies, and milestones.

Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum practices, team leadership, self-organization, and continuous improvement.

Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with Product Owners, business teams, leadership, and external stakeholders.

Strong experience in risk/issue management, removing impediments, governance, reporting, documentation, audit, and quality processes.

Strong servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and programme delivery skills, with Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM or equivalent) preferred.
