## Description

Eaula Water is seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager to lead business development efforts within the restaurant sector. This role is responsible for driving growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence across the UAE.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target high-potential restaurant groups, hotels, independent operators, and food service accounts across the UAE

• Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to acquire and convert qualified leads into long-term clients

• Maintain and grow client relationships by providing excellent customer service

• Collaborate cross-functionally with onboarding, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction

• Manage and report on a structured sales pipeline; provide regular updates on targets, forecasts, and performance metrics

✅ Candidate Profile

• 3–6 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within F&B, hospitality, premium supply, or a competitive product environment

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through closing

• Existing network within the UAE restaurant and food service industry

• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Fluent in English. Arabic is a plus

• Highly self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
