## Description

We're Hiring: HR Officer – Al Barakah Dates Factory LLC

📍 Location: Dubai Industrial City, Dubai, UAE

💰 Salary: AED 4,000

🏭 Industry: Food Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment: job postings, CV screening, interview coordination

• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files

• Assist with onboarding and induction of new joiners

• Support visa, labor card, and Emirates ID processing/renewals

• Coordinate with PRO for government-related documentation

• Assist in payroll data preparation and attendance tracking

• Support employee relations, grievance documentation, and disciplinary records

• Coordinate with department heads on manpower and administrative needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG (UAE experience preferred)

• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Familiarity with UAE Labor Law is a plus

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment

• Immediate joiners preferred
