## Description

Business & Systems Analyst – Forex

AED 20-25,000

Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a Business & Analyst to act as the link between Product and Engineering teams, translating business requirements into clear system requirements and supporting the delivery of trading-platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business and system requirements from Product and technical stakeholders.

• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and functional specifications.

• Work closely with developers and technical teams to clarify requirements and support solution design.

• Manage and maintain the development backlog in line with the product roadmap.

• Document business processes, system workflows and data mapping across trading platforms.

• Support UAT, testing and validation of new features, integrations and system changes.

• Identify system/process gaps and recommend improvements.

• Create and maintain user guides, technical/business documentation and knowledge bases.

• Support effective communication and change management between Product, Engineering and business teams.

• Use AI/LLM tools to improve requirements analysis, documentation, test design and data mapping.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst within Forex, CFD, financial services or trading technology.

• Hands-on experience with MT5; experience with DxTrade or similar trading platforms is highly preferred.

• Understanding of trading platforms, broker ecosystems, back-office systems, payment providers and trading operations.

• Experience working with platform plugins, middleware, integrations or backend services.

• Practical experience using AI/LLM tools in day-to-day business analysis work.

• Knowledge of Forex/CFD regulatory environments is an added advantage.
