## Description

Mandatory/Must Have

* Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

* Mandatory experience working across multiple UAE jurisdictions, with in-depth practical knowledge of Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation, licensing, restructuring, renewals, and regulatory compliance.Experience in dealing with Freezones, DED, and UAE regulatory authorities.

* Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in UAE company incorporation, corporate

advisory, and compliance. Strong understanding of UAE business setup regulations and corporate laws.
