## Description

One of our clients, a UK-based group of regulated financial services and legal businesses expanding in Dubai, is hiring for this role

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗢𝘄𝗻
🔺 Full marketing strategy and team leadership across three brands
🔺 Brand development — identity, creative output, and long-term equity
🔺 Organic growth — SEO, content, social, PR, and video/UGC strategy
🔺 Paid search (Google Ads) and paid social, including budget and CPA/ROI targets
🔺 Website, landing pages, and CRO across all brands
🔺 Reporting and dashboards for the CMO and senior leadership
🔺 Compliance — FCA, SRA, and IPA regulatory requirements

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿
🔺 6+ years in digital marketing, 3+ in senior management
🔺 Hands-on Google Ads search expertise
🔺 Proven track record growing SEO, content, and social channels
🔺 Experience building brand equity alongside performance
🔺 Experience hiring and leading a multi-disciplinary marketing team
🔺 Strong commercial instinct — revenue, CPA, ROI
🔺 Experience in a regulated or compliance-aware environment
