Halian is hiring Business Analyst - Business Processing Re-engineering in Abu Dhabi.

Experience required: 4+ Years

Duration: 6 months extendable

Technical Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or related role within banking or financial services.

• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis and improvement, documentation and reporting, stakeholder management, and UAT coordination.

• Experience supporting business and technology projects in regulated environments.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Quality Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
