About the Role

We are seeking a driven Account Manager for Enterprise Sales to join our rapidly growing team in the UAE. At Brilyant, you will be a key part of our growth, building strong client relationships, navigating complex markets, and delivering tailored technology solutions to enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and conducting face-to-face client meetings to strategic negotiation and closing.

Build and nurture long-term, high-value relationships with new and existing enterprise customers in your assigned territory.

Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed revenue quotas.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by assessing buyer needs and understanding their business challenges.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads, customer accounts, and sales pipelines.

Collaborate with the marketing department to enhance brand visibility and create impactful collateral.

Efficient communication skills

Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred.
