About the Job • Support the delivery of daily beach operations and ensure compliance with approved standard operating procedures across operational teams. • Lead day-to-day beach operations in line with approved operational guidelines and procedures. • Conduct daily, weekly and monthly inspections across beach facilities, entertainment areas and leased outlets. • Ensure all pre-opening inspections are completed for beach facilities, including washrooms, showers, sunbeds, day rooms, kiosks and beach areas. • Monitor cash-handling activities in accordance with management and finance procedures, including cash floats, cash intake and third-party collections. • Manage customer feedback and complaints, ensuring appropriate resolution and escalation where required. • Maintain operational records, trackers and reports to support day-to-day operations and follow-up actions. • Support tenant work permit, access and compliance documentation requirements in accordance with approved procedures. About You Essential • High School Education. • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS software. • Strong organizational and reporting skills. • Customer Focus, Innovation, and Leading & Managing Change competencies. • Ability to drive performance, adapt to change, and build effective teamwork and cooperation. Desired • Experience supporting operational efficiency and process improvement initiatives. • Exposure to customer service and complaint management within a leisure, hospitality or beach operations environment. • Ability to communicate in more than one language.
