## Description

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

• Provide information about museum exhibitions, galleries, programs, events and facilities.

• Guide visitors and support smooth movement across museum areas.

• Explain basic cultural, historical and exhibition-related information to guests.

• Handle visitor enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.

• Support VIP guests, school groups, tourists and special events when required.

• Assist with visitor registration, ticketing, queues and crowd management.

• Ensure museum rules, visitor guidelines and cultural protocols are followed.

• Coordinate with security, events, operations and other museum teams.

• Support accessibility requirements and provide assistance to visitors with special needs.

• Report incidents, visitor concerns and operational issues to the supervisor.

• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and customer service.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Culture, History, Arts, Customer Service or related field preferred.

• Previous experience in museums, cultural attractions, hospitality, tourism, luxury retail, aviation or premium guest services preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service and guest-engagement skills.

• Interest in culture, heritage, arts and museums.

• Professional appearance and confident presentation.

• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
