## Description

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Accountant (Chinese Speaker) to join our Dubai team immediately or in a short time, working under the guidance of the FTA approved tax agent. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and assist with financial reporting and tax compliance. This role requires a solid foundation in accounting principles and experience with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations and journal entries.

• Prepare financial reports independently, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

• Execute monthly and year-end closing independently, including all reconciliations, accruals, and adjusting entries.

• Handle VAT preparation and filing end-to-end, ensuring full compliance with UAE tax regulations.

• Prepare budgets, cash flow analyses, and financial forecasts, and present findings to management.

• Maintain complete accounting documentation and act as the direct point of contact for external auditors throughout the audit.

• Bilingual (English and Chinese) with strong verbal and written communication skills to discuss, clarify, and document business matters with management.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Chinese language is must

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; additional certification (such as ACCA) is advantageous.

• 4-5 years of accounting experience, preferably within the UAE.

• Strong understanding of IFRS standards and UAE tax law.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, Odoo, ERP)
