Role Description The Real Estate Agent role at Connbridge Real Estate is a full-time hybrid position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will manage property listings, conduct viewings, and guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes. Responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, performing property valuations, and preparing necessary documentation and contracts. The role involves providing responsive client service, negotiating offers, coordinating with developers and other stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth and transparent transaction experience. Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in real estate transactions, including residential or luxury real estate.

• Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems for managing leads and property data.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market (Secondary and Off Plan) and relevant legal frameworks is highly beneficial.

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a diverse team environment.
