## Description

Dentgen Dental & Aesthetic Clinic – Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Arabic-Speaking Patient Coordinator & Receptionist to join our team in Dubai.

This is a patient-facing and sales-oriented position. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reception operations, handling patient inquiries, following up with leads, and converting inquiries into consultations and treatment bookings.

Fluent Arabic and English are mandatory for this position.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the clinic reception and provide a professional and welcoming patient experience.

• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, social media inquiries and patient leads.

• Respond quickly and professionally to new inquiries.

• Follow up consistently with potential and existing patients.

• Understand patient needs and explain available dental and aesthetic treatments clearly.

• Convert inquiries into consultations, appointments and confirmed treatment bookings.

• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling and follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate patient and lead records.

• Ensure that no potential patient inquiry is missed.

• Coordinate closely with doctors, management and the clinical team.

• Support monthly sales, booking and revenue targets.

• Assist patients throughout their journey from the first inquiry through treatment and follow-up.

• Handle general front-desk and administrative responsibilities professionally.

Mandatory Requirements

• Fluent Arabic and English – written and spoken.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Dubai/UAE.

• Previous experience in a dental clinic, aesthetic clinic, medical center or healthcare environment.

• Experience in reception, patient coordination, customer service and/or sales.

• Strong experience handling WhatsApp leads, calls and social media inquiries.

• Proven ability to follow up with leads and convert inquiries into appointments.

• Strong communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working with monthly targets and performance expectations.

• Professional, organized, proactive and highly presentable.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinic environment.

• Available to join immediately.
