## Description

Job Purpose

Delivers day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, attendance and leave, employee relations, and compliance — so that HR processes run accurately and on time, employees receive timely support, and company policy and UAE labour law are applied consistently.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and preparation of offer letters.

• Coordinate with Projects & Procurement and IT on workstation, access card, and other new-joiner requirements.

• Conduct new-hire onboarding and orientation, and confirm completion of the onboarding checklist.

• Maintain complete hiring records for every new joiner.

Payroll Administration

• Collate and verify attendance, leave, and overtime data as payroll inputs each cycle.

• Prepare the monthly payroll sheet in Excel and the HRIS, and route it for approval on schedule.

• Upload WPS SIF files through the approved exchange channel and resolve rejections before payment deadlines.

• Maintain salary, deduction, leave, and reimbursement records, filed in hard and soft copy each cycle.

• Raise payroll-related requests in the ERP and coordinate with Finance on postings and payments.

• Coordinate with the payroll services provider on payments and employee card issues.

Attendance & Leave Management

• Monitor daily attendance records in coordination with IT and follow up on exceptions.

• Process leave requests in the HRIS and maintain accurate leave balances.

• Keep the attendance sheet current and reconciled ahead of each payroll cut-off.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain up-to-date employee files, the HRIS database, and the employee master sheet.

• Coordinate with the PRO on visas, renewals, and labour contracts, tracking expiry dates so renewals complete before expiry.

• Ensure HR records and processes comply with UAE labour law and support internal and external audits.

• Prepare routine HR reports and administrative documentation.

Employee Relations

• Support disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and performance improvement plans in line with policy.
