## Description

Job Role - Landscape Engineer (Civil)

Location – Dubai

A leading MEP, Infrastructure & Landscape Contractor in Dubai is looking for an experienced Landscape Engineer (Civil) to manage and deliver landscape construction projects.

Key Responsibilities : -

Manage landscape projects from mobilization to final handover.

Supervise hardscape, irrigation, and civil works.

Review drawings, material submittals, and project specifications.

Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.

Prepare work schedules, manpower plans, and progress reports.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, HSE, and Dubai Municipality requirements.

Monitor project progress, costs, quantities, and productivity.

Handle inspections, approvals, technical issues, snagging, and final handover.

Requirements : -

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

12–15 years of overall experience, including at least 6–8 years in UAE/Dubai landscape construction projects.

Strong experience in hardscape, irrigation, infrastructure, and landscape construction.

Experience managing projects such as parks, residential communities, villas, hotels, commercial developments, and infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE construction standards.

Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory.

Excellent communication skills in English.
