## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with experience in billing and receivables to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate billing for the trucking team.

Job Type: 2 Year Contract

Location: Jabel Ali Free Zone

Preferably with trucking industry experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Invoicing: Timely and accurate invoicing to customer based on agreed tariff / rates.

• Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations to ensure there are no old unbilled items.

• Dispute Resolution: Liase with internal stakeholders and customer and resolve the disputes, if any.

• Reporting: Preparing & reviewing reports relating to billing and other adhoc reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA/MCOM/CPA/CA or equivalent certification preferred).

• 2–3 years of experience in managing billing and invoicing.

• Trucking industry experience preferred.

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel

• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
