E-Commerce Business Lead (Saudi) | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

What This Role Is About

Our client, a leading multinational FMCG organisation, is looking for an E-Commerce Business Lead, based in Riyadh, to drive online commercial performance and strengthen the company’s digital presence across Saudi Arabia.

This role will be responsible for developing e-commerce strategies, driving online sales growth, and identifying opportunities to strengthen digital channels.

You will work closely with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to improve online performance and deliver commercial objectives.

You will also play a key role in optimising digital execution, strengthening e-commerce partnerships, and driving sustainable growth across both e-commerce and quick commerce channels.

The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit

• 7+ years of e-commerce experience, with strong experience within FMCG

• Strong and proven experience in Quick Commerce is required

• Current experience in an e-commerce leadership capacity is required

• Multinational corporate experience is a must

• Strong understanding of e-commerce strategy, online sales, and digital channel development

• Proven experience driving online revenue growth and commercial performance

• Strong experience managing e-commerce and Quick Commerce partnerships

• Strong experience working across sales, marketing, and digital teams

• Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills

In line with government Saudisation initiatives, the client is only considering Saudi Nationals for this role.
