Role Description The Real Estate Agent at Loreti Properties is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will manage client relationships, guide buyers and sellers through property transactions, and provide informed advice on market conditions and investment opportunities. Daily responsibilities include conducting property viewings, preparing and presenting offers, negotiating contract terms, and coordinating with in-house legal counsel to ensure compliance and smooth closings. The Real Estate Agent will also be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date portfolio of listings, following up on leads, and delivering professional customer service throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of Real Property regulations and practices.

• Candidates should possess solid Real Estate market knowledge and experience working with residential and/or commercial properties.

• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service abilities, including clear communication, active listening, and client follow-up.

• Additional beneficial qualifications include fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage), familiarity with Dubai real estate laws, proficiency with CRM and listing platforms, and a track record of meeting performance targets.

• A relevant diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and uphold ethical, non-discriminatory professional standards.
