## Description

Looking for an experienced Motor Insurance - Customer Service Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities

• Handle motor insurance sales inquiries and service requests.

• Support quotations, policy issuance, renewals, endorsements and cancellations.

• Coordinate with insurers for approvals, documents and policy servicing.

• Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely completion.

• Support customers through phone, email, chat and digital channels.

• Maintain accurate records and deliver a high standard of customer service.

Requirements

• Previous Motor Insurance experience in the UAE is mandatory.

• Insurance brokerage experience is mandatory.

• Good knowledge of motor insurance industry.

• Familiarity with UAE insurers, policy terms, endorsements and motor insurance processes.

• Strong communication, follow-up and problem-solving skills.

• Fast, organized and detail-oriented.

• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
