## Description

What You’ll Do:

· Build & Scale: Structure and run a high-performing sales team.

· Enforce Excellence: Introduce, train, and maintain rigorous SOPs and Minimum Acceptable Performance (MAP) standards across the team.

· Coach & Close: Provide daily hands-on mentorship, masterclasses, and joint-closing support to take our agents to the next level.

· Strategy: Drive lead-conversion strategies and secondary/off-plan market placement.

What We’re Looking For:

· Minimum 4 years Dubai Experience: Strong, proven track record in real estate (secondary, off-plan, or developer portfolios).

· Leadership First: Prior experience managing or stepping up to lead a team of Property Consultants.

· Process-Driven: Someone who doesn’t just rely on "luck", you understand CRM pipelines, lead metrics, and structured performance targets.

· RERA Knowledge: Deep understanding of Dubai’s property laws and developer landscapes.

## Requirements
