About the Role

We are looking for disciplined, self-motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Advisors to join our team.

We welcome both experienced real estate professionals and strong sales-oriented candidates who are ready to learn the Dubai property market and develop within the industry. Previous real estate experience is an advantage, but we also consider candidates with the right attitude, communication skills and commitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Consult clients on off-plan and secondary-market properties

- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers and investors

- Generate new business through networking, calls and personal connections

- Conduct property viewings, meetings and project presentations

- Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable properties

- Maintain professional communication throughout the sales process

- Stay informed about Dubai communities, developers and market trends

Requirements

- Have minimum one year experience in real estate in Dubai

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ambitious, disciplined and self-motivated

- Professional appearance and attitude

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage

- Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage

- UAE driving license
