## Description

• Lead and manage the wedding & events sales team.

• Generate new leads through referrals, partnerships, social media, exhibitions, venues, hotels, and corporate connections.

• Meet clients and conduct professional presentations.

• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and signed contracts.

• Follow up with every lead until the deal is won or lost.

• Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the operations/design teams.

• Negotiate prices while protecting the company's profit margin.

• Maintain a daily sales pipeline and forecast future revenue.

• Set monthly and yearly sales targets for the team.

• Monitor individual salesperson performance.

• Develop relationships with wedding venues, hotels, photographers, decorators, bridal shops, planners, and other partners.

• Upsell additional services such as decoration, flowers, photography, videography, entertainment, furniture, lighting, stages, etc.

• Ensure deposits and payment schedules are properly followed before events proceed.

• Report weekly on:

• New leads

• Appointments

• Quotations

• Conversion rate

• Confirmed events

• Revenue

• Outstanding payments

• Expected future sales

Ideal Candidate
I would look for someone with:

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably weddings/events.

• Proven record of closing high-value deals.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong knowledge of the UAE wedding/event market.

• Existing relationships with venues and wedding-related businesses is a major advantage.

• Excellent Arabic and English.

• Professional appearance and strong client-facing personality.

• Strong CRM and Excel skills.

• UAE driving license preferred.

• Comfortable working under monthly targets and commissions.
