Building Our Residential Sales Team

We’re expanding our presence in Sri Lanka and are now setting up our sales office in Colombo.

We’re looking for ambitious residential real estate sales professionals who know the Sri Lankan property market and are ready to grow with us.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE:

🔹 Strong sales experience

🔹 Proven background in residential real estate sales

🔹 Excellent communication & negotiation skills

🔹 Confidence handling international clients via Zoom

🔹 Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

🔹 Good knowledge of the Colombo/Sri Lankan residential market

🔹 A strong network of buyers and property owners

🔹 A target-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
