🚀 Hiring: AI Value Architect | Agentic AI | Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for a hands-on AI Value Architect / Agentic AI Technical Lead to build and lead enterprise-grade GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for complex real-world business scenarios.

📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE – 5 Days Onsite

💼 Employment: Full-Time

🧠 Experience: 8+ Years

⏳ Notice Period: Immediate / Serving Notice / Maximum 30 Days

🛂 Valid Passport Mandatory

✈️ Candidates currently outside UAE can also apply if willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Candidates with strong hands-on experience in:

• Building and deploying production-grade Agentic AI applications

• Designing RAG pipelines using chunking, embeddings, vector search and retrieval optimization

• Developing LangGraph-based AI agents, tool calling and multi-step workflows

• Building and integrating MCP servers/clients with enterprise tools, APIs and data sources

• Developing scalable GenAI APIs using Python, FastAPI and Pydantic

• Working with LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama or similar

• Vector databases/search platforms such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, pgvector, Weaviate or OpenSearch

• Multi-agent systems, human-in-the-loop workflows and API/tool orchestration

• Cloud deployment, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring and observability

• LLM/RAG evaluation, guardrails, security and responsible AI

⭐ Experience in Airline, Aviation, would be a strong advantage.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is still hands-on with coding while capable of setting architecture and technical direction for Agentic AI solutions.
