We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the recruitment/staffing industry to drive client acquisition and business growth across the UAE.

🔹 Generate new recruitment mandates and develop client relationships

🔹 Conduct client meetings, cold calling, networking, and LinkedIn outreach

🔹 Build partnerships with HR leaders and hiring managers

🔹 Negotiate recruitment agreements and commercial terms

🔹 Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
