## Description

Our client is a leading staffing consultancy dedicated to connecting top-tier talent with exceptional companies. We are seeking a relentless, results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead our market expansion and secure new client partnerships.

If you are an expert at turning cold prospects into long-term enterprise clients, this role is for you.

Your primary mission is to hunt for new business opportunities and book qualified meetings with hiring managers and HR decision-makers.

Responsibilties:

• High-Volume Prospecting: Conduct daily outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and video outreach to build a robust sales pipeline.

• Social Selling: Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and professional networks to map out decision-makers (HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Leads, Department Heads).

• Qualifying Leads: Initial engagement with prospects to uncover their current recruitment pain points, hiring volumes, and budget constraints.

• Setting Meetings: Secure and schedule introductory pitches and discovery calls for senior sales leaders or manage them independently.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, lead generation, or agency recruitment.

• Ability to handle multi-channel outreach campaigns without letting warm leads slip through the cracks.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude is a must

Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses
