Role Description The Growth & Performance Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention. Day-to-day tasks include managing performance marketing campaigns, tracking and analyzing key metrics, conducting A/B tests, and refining growth strategies based on insights. The manager will collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to design customer journeys, optimize funnels, and align messaging with business objectives. Additional responsibilities include managing budgets, overseeing marketing automation workflows, and preparing regular performance reports for leadership.
Qualifications

• Strong Growth Marketing skills, including user acquisition, funnel optimization, and experimentation.

• Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics tools to measure performance and generate insights.

• Experience with Project Management to coordinate campaigns, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation platforms to design, implement, and optimize automated journeys.

• Proven track record managing performance campaigns (e.g., search, social, display) with clear ROI targets.

• Ability to interpret data, build dashboards, and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field; experience in automotive or marketplace businesses is a plus.

• Comfort working on-site in Dubai and collaborating with diverse, international teams.
