## Description

We're partnering with a fast-growing fintech company on a confidential search for an AI Product Manager. Our client is a lean, ambitious team building next-generation financial products powered by AI. They move quickly, ship often, and give their people real ownership over what they build.

The Role

We are looking for an AI Product Manager to own the roadmap for their AI-driven products - from intelligent automation and fraud/risk tooling to customer-facing AI features. You'll sit at the intersection of engineering, data science, compliance, and commercial strategy, translating what's technically possible into products customers actually want.

What You'll Do

• Define and drive the product roadmap for AI/ML-powered features across the platform

• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to scope, prioritize, and ship AI capabilities

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business cases and user stories

• Partner with compliance and risk teams to ensure AI products meet regulatory standards

• Run discovery with customers and internal stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases

• Define success metrics, track performance, and iterate based on data

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in product management, ideally with exposure to AI/ML products

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or a related regulated industry preferred

• Strong technical fluency - comfortable in conversations with ML engineers and data scientists

• A track record of shipping products end-to-end, from concept to launch

• Excellent communication skills; able to flex between technical and non-technical audiences

• Comfortable with startup pace - ambiguity, fast iteration, wearing multiple hats

• Familiarity with AI governance, model risk, or regulatory frameworks in financial services
