## Description

Warehouse Manager – Food Manufacturing (UAE)

We are hiring for a critical leadership role overseeing warehouse operations for a rapidly growing, multi-site food manufacturing company in the UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company with a strong trajectory; backed by a major investment group—and currently expanding with a new grain storage and processing facility.

📍 Location: UAE (Sharjah, Ajman)

The Role:

This isn't just managing a warehouse; it's about overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, packing, and dispatch of high-quality flour and raw materials across multiple sites. You'll be instrumental in ensuring smooth coordination between production and distribution, maintaining inventory accuracy, and optimizing workflows to support the company's significant growth and food security goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Operations: Manage daily warehouse activities—receiving, storage, and dispatch—across multiple locations, ensuring seamless coordination with production departments.

• Lead & Develop: Supervise, train, and motivate a warehouse team, setting clear KPIs and fostering a culture of high productivity and quality.

• Drive Excellence: Implement and continuously improve SOPs, optimize warehouse layout and space utilization, and leverage WMS (SAP) for real-time inventory tracking and reporting .

• Ensure Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000) in all operations.

• Control Costs: Manage the warehouse budget, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

• Coordinate Logistics: Work closely with transport and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective dispatch of products to customers.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Admin, or a related field.

• 10-15 years of progressive warehouse management experience, with a strong preference for candidates from the Flour Mill, Food Manufacturing, or FMCG industry.

• Proficiency in SAP Business One (SAP B1), WMS, and MS Office Suite.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) – a food manufacturing certificate is a significant advantage.
