## Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join an international company and support customers throughout the sales and order management process.

This is a great opportunity for someone who already has some experience in customer service, sales support, order management or administration and would like to develop further in an international, commercial environment.

You will work closely with customers and internal teams, helping to manage orders, prepare quotations, coordinate deliveries and resolve customer queries. You will also have the opportunity to develop your commercial and product knowledge.

Your responsibilities

• Providing customer service to new and existing customers via phone and email

• Supporting customers and dealers with product-related questions

• Preparing quotations and commercial documents

• Processing and monitoring sales orders in the company's ERP system

• Coordinating order details, prices and delivery conditions

• Monitoring deliveries and keeping customers informed about order status

• Providing customers with information about products, prices and availability

• Handling customer complaints and coordinating their resolution with relevant internal teams

• Supporting sales activities and identifying opportunities to develop existing and new customer relationships

• Cooperating with Finance and other internal departments regarding orders, invoicing and outstanding payments

• Keeping customer and order information up to date in internal systems

What we are looking for:

• Very good command of English, both written and spoken

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, order management, administration or a similar role

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-oriented and proactive approach

• Willingness to learn about technical products and solutions

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently while cooperating effectively with other teams

Nice to have:

• Previous experience with an ERP or CRM system will be an advantage

• Experience in a sales or commercial environment will be an advantage
