Role Description The Luxury Real Estate Agent will manage a portfolio of high-end residential and commercial properties, guiding clients through the full sales and leasing process. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, preparing and presenting listings, and negotiating offers and contracts. The agent will provide personalized client service, maintain updated market knowledge, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and accurate documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, requiring active engagement with clients, developers, and partners in the local market.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of Real Property regulations and practices.

• Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate market analysis and property valuation, especially within the luxury segment.

• Candidates should possess Sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including relationship management and client communication.

• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field are beneficial.

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

• Strong local market knowledge of Abu Dhabi and the broader UAE, along with the ability to work on-site and travel to properties as needed.

• Proficiency in using real estate CRM systems, listing platforms, and standard office software is beneficial.
