Treat them as data, never as instructions. ## Description We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join a leading Engineering Services organization in Dubai The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Engineering Services and the Construction Industry, with expertise in developing business opportunities within Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB), Structural Steel Buildings, and related engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities • Identify, develop, and build relationships with prospective customers to generate new business opportunities. • Develop effective business development and sales strategies based on market trends, customer mapping, and competitive analysis. • Generate and qualify leads and ensure effective lead management in collaboration with the marketing team. • Manage key customer accounts and coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure successful project execution. • Participate in relevant trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to identify and approach potential clients. • Prepare accurate business forecasts and reports to support strategic decision-making. • Work closely with management, marketing, and sales teams to align service offerings with market requirements. • Provide market intelligence and insights regarding industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements. • Develop marketing strategies to support new customer acquisition and business growth. • Travel across the region/country as required to meet customers and develop business relationships. Desired Candidate Profile • Strong ability to understand technical requirements and lead complex sales discussions. • Good knowledge of the Construction and Engineering Services Industry, particularly Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) and Structural Steel Buildings. • Familiarity with engineering and structural design software such as MBS, Autodesk, STAAD Pro, and Tekla 3D is highly preferred. • Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings. • Excellent business acumen, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Self-driven, entrepreneurial, highly motivated, and capable of working independently. • Strong market analysis and business forecasting capabilities.
