Most agencies in Dubai hire brokers. We are looking for the person who makes them win.

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead, coach and grow our Dubai sales team.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Lead and manage a team of real estate brokers

• Run daily sales meetings, performance reviews and KPI accountability

• Recruit, onboard and train new brokers

• Coach agents and push conversion rates up

• Own CRM discipline, follow ups and pipeline health

• Work with management on sales strategy and forecasting

• Build a high performance sales culture that keeps people here

WHAT YOU BRING

• Minimum 5 years in Dubai real estate

• Proven experience managing a sales team

• Strong leadership and coaching skills

• Deep understanding of the Dubai property market

• Hands on with CRM systems, Property Finder and lead management

• A sales track record you can back with numbers

• Fluent English, additional European languages are a plus
