## Description

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior AI Solutions Architect / Intelligent Automation Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI and intelligent automation solutions across the GCC.

This is a hands-on, client-facing architecture role combining AI solution design, consulting, pre-sales and delivery leadership. You will work with senior stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities and translate business requirements into secure, scalable and production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end AI and Agentic AI solutions, from discovery and design through to production

• Design solutions incorporating LLMs, RAG, vector databases, AI agents and orchestration frameworks

• Assess AI readiness, identify use cases and evaluate technical and commercial feasibility

• Support pre-sales activities, RFPs, proposals, workshops and customer presentations

• Translate business requirements into solution architectures and technical roadmaps

• Produce or oversee BRDs, solution designs and technical documentation

• Provide technical leadership throughout project delivery

• Ensure AI solutions meet security, governance and data residency requirements

• Mentor and guide a small team of AI engineers and business analysts

• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to apply them within enterprise environments

Required Experience

• 8+ years of overall IT experience

• 2–4+ years of hands-on experience focused on AI, GenAI, LLMs or Intelligent Automation

• Proven experience architecting and delivering production-grade AI solutions end-to-end

• Ability to clearly articulate 5–10 real-world AI use cases, including the business challenge, technical solution and measurable impact

• Strong understanding of AI Agents, agentic workflows and orchestration

• Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, vector databases and embeddings

• Strong knowledge of LLM integration, prompt engineering and model training/fine-tuning concepts

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock or equivalent platforms

• Understanding of AI security, governance, guardrails and responsible AI

• Experience working with enterprise or sensitive data environments

Consulting & Leadership Skills

• Strong business acumen and ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Confident presenting AI strategies and solutions to senior executives and customers

• Experience supporting pre-sales, RFPs and solution proposals

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to lead, mentor and provide technical direction to AI engineering teams

Desirable Experience

• On-premise or sovereign cloud AI deployments

• Local GPU infrastructure and AI workloads

• Automation platforms such as Automation Anywhere

• Enterprise Content Management / ECM platforms

• Experience across multiple cloud and AI technology ecosystems

• Government, financial services, healthcare or other regulated environments

• Passion for emerging AI technologies and the evolution of Agentic AI
