## Description

The ideal candidate is responsible for leading a team of trained product experts who provide our customers with a delightful, frictionless experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Drive customer retention and contract renewals.

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

• Monitor account health and proactively manage customer engagement.

• Conduct regular customer meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

• Coordinate closely with Sales, TAM, Presales, Solutions Architecture, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 3+ years' of customer service

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
