Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.

• Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.

• Answer, screen, and redirect incoming telephone calls.

• Respond to emails and general enquiries promptly and professionally.

• Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes where required.

• Coordinate meetings and appointments and manage meeting room bookings.

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier deliveries, and documents.
