Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will support clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by conducting property viewings, preparing listings, and managing inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements; negotiating offers and contracts; and coordinating with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, updating CRM systems, and staying informed about local real estate trends, regulations, and new project launches. The Real Estate Agent will be expected to provide high-quality customer service and represent Exotic Haven Real Estate in a professional manner at all times.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and foundational knowledge of Real Estate practices and regulations.

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Candidates should possess Sales skills with experience in prospecting, lead conversion, and closing deals.

• Candidates should possess an understanding of Real Property, including valuation, property types, and local market dynamics.

• Candidates should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients and listings simultaneously.

• Relevant experience in the Dubai real estate market and familiarity with local laws and procedures is highly beneficial.

• A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
