Position: Front of House Attendant – Day Shift

Location: Czech Republic

Employment: Full-Time

Salary: CZK 27,500 = Euro 1140 gross/month

Accommodation: Provided

We are looking for experienced Front of House Attendants – Day Shift to join a professional hotel team in the Czech Republic. This is a multi-skilled hospitality position combining Front Office / Reception and Food & Beverage service. Candidates must have previous experience working in a 4-star or 5-star hotel and be comfortable providing professional guest service across different hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide professional, friendly and personalized customer service.

• Handle guest check-in and check-out, registration, room assignments and key issuance.

• Operate the hotel Property Management System (PMS), update guest profiles and process reservations.

• Handle guest payments, invoices, hotel accounts and financial transactions.

• Answer guest enquiries and provide information about hotel facilities, restaurant, wellness services and local attractions.

• Handle guest requests and concerns efficiently and professionally.

• Provide Food & Beverage service during restaurant operations, including taking orders and serving food and beverages.

• Operate the POS system, process restaurant payments and maintain restaurant service standards.

• Work closely with Reception, Kitchen, Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.

• Follow hotel standards, HACCP, hygiene, health & safety and fire safety procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel – MANDATORY.

• Previous experience in Front Office, Reception, Guest Services and/or Food & Beverage within the hospitality industry.

• Excellent command of English – spoken and written.

• Experience using hotel PMS systems and good computer skills.

• Strong guest service and customer service skills.

• Professional appearance and friendly attitude.

• Hard-working, reliable, proactive and able to work independently.

• Fast and efficient with strong attention to detail.

• Flexible and comfortable working across Front Office and F&B operations.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Working Conditions

• 40 hours per week

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Rotational short-week / long-week schedule
