## Description

HR & People Operations Executive

Salary: AED 3,500–4,000/month | Dubai

* Manage recruitment for interns and future employees

* Screen candidates, conduct interviews & coordinate hiring

* Prepare offer letters, contracts, NDAs & HR documentation

* Onboard and train new interns and employees

* Manage the internship program and day-to-day intern performance

* Track attendance, KPIs, performance & employee progress

* Conduct regular employee check-ins and gather feedback

* Support a positive, professional & ethical workplace culture

* Handle employee concerns and resolve day-to-day HR matters

* Act as the key point of contact between management and employees

* Develop HR policies, procedures and internal guidelines

* Support performance reviews, promotions and disciplinary processes

* Organize team-building and employee engagement initiatives

* Help SimpleBit continuously recruit and build a strong team
