A well-established UAE industrial group with over 25 years of manufacturing and distribution across the GCC is launching a dedicated Food Ingredients & Nutrition division, representing a world-class international ingredients portfolio. We are looking for the person who will own this line from day one.

The role

You will take an established portfolio of functional food ingredients — phosphate systems, minerals for fortification and nutrition, sodium-reduction and specialty solutions — into the GCC's major food, beverage, and dairy manufacturers. You know these accounts already. Now represent a portfolio with genuine technical depth, exclusive positioning, and the backing of a group with real manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics infrastructure in the region.

What you'll do

Own the P&L for the food ingredients line across the UAE and wider GCC

Open and develop accounts with regional food, dairy, beverage, and bakery manufacturers — from first technical trial to recurring container business

Work directly with customer R&D and NPD teams to get products specified

Build the account map, pipeline, and forecast; report directly to group leadership

Shape the division's growth plan, including future hires and product-line expansion

What we're looking for

5–10 years selling food ingredients (not finished goods) to GCC manufacturers

A demonstrable record of getting specification products trialled and approved — you can walk us through deals by name, timeline, and volume

Existing relationships with technical and procurement decision-makers at major regional food and beverage producers

Food science, chemistry, or equivalent technical fluency — you're credible in a customer's lab, not just their purchasing office

Arabic an advantage; English essential

UAE-based or ready to relocate, with regular regional travel

## Requirements
