The Position:

The position of Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading a variety of different projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of fit-out projects, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality, timeline, and budget.

• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of professionals, building a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project safety and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure cost-effective project execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the interior fit-out sector

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Lead on major fit-out projects.

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

• Relevant degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
