About ERE Homes

ERE Homes is a British-owned boutique real estate brokerage based in Dubai, specialising in the secondary market across Dubai’s leading communities, with opportunities across sales, leasing and off-plan.

The Role

We are looking for ambitious and driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for generating and converting business, managing clients, conducting viewings and building your own portfolio across the Dubai property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking and referrals.

• Manage and convert qualified leads provided by the business.

• Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers and landlords.

• Conduct property viewings and support clients through the transaction process.

• Advise clients on Dubai market trends, pricing and investment opportunities.

• Negotiate offers and close sales and leasing transactions.

• Maintain accurate records and follow up consistently with clients.

• Build your personal brand and reputation within the Dubai property market.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months’ sales experience.

• Previous Dubai real estate experience is preferred but not essential.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ambitious, resilient and commercially driven.

• Comfortable working in a commission-only environment.

• Professional presentation and strong English communication skills.

• Ideally already based in Dubai and available to join immediately.
