## Description

ESMOS Recruitment is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for one of our clients, an established international Event Technology organisation operating in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. The role will focus on driving business growth, developing new opportunities, managing client relationships across the assigned region, growing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and building a strong sales pipeline. You’ll grow existing accounts, develop sales strategies, manage forecasts and account performance, and work closely with sales, operations, technical, and creative teams to meet client needs. You’ll also monitor market trends, maintain accurate CRM records, manage client expectations and budgets, and ensure agreed sales, revenue, and profitability targets are achieved.

Requirements

• Proven experience in regional sales, business development, or account management.

• Experience in the events, hospitality, venue, or related industry is preferred.

• Strong track record in new business development and client relationship management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong commercial and operational understanding.

• Good pipeline management and forecasting skills.

• Strong written and spoken English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

• Degree in Business, Event Management, Sales, or a related field preferred.
