WE’RE HIRING: MARKETING MANAGER | DUBAI

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team in Dubai and lead the marketing of our company and property listings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for property listings and the company.

• Manage social media, website, property portals, and digital advertising.

• Create and coordinate property marketing materials, including photos, videos, brochures, and listings.

• Generate and manage leads in collaboration with the sales team.

• Plan and promote property launches, open houses, and events.

• Monitor marketing performance, budgets, and ROI.

• Conduct market and competitor research.

• Maintain consistent branding across all channels.

• Coordinate with agencies, designers, photographers, and other vendors.

• Prepare marketing reports and recommend strategies to increase leads and sales.

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in real estate

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media
