## Description

Galaxy Elite Real Estate is expanding and seeking experienced, ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our Abu Dhabi team.

We offer a highly competitive commission structure of up to 80%, providing successful agents with the opportunity to maximise their earnings while working within a professional, supportive and growing brokerage.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial sales and leasing transactions

• Build strong relationships with property owners, buyers, tenants and investors

• Generate new listings and maintain an active client pipeline

• Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers professionally

• Maintain accurate listings and follow UAE real estate regulations

• Deliver a discreet, reliable and high-quality service to every client

Requirements

• Minimum of three years’ experience in the UAE real estate market, preferably in Abu Dhabi

• Proven record of completing property sales or leasing transactions

• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities and developments

• Excellent communication, negotiation and client-management skills

• Self-motivated, professional and capable of generating business independently

• Valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
