## Description

COMPANY:

JUST GROUP, a fast-growing UAE-based F&B company with 60+ outlets, is looking for an experienced Healthy Chef to develop and prepare nutritious, flavourful, and visually appealing meals while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare healthy, nutritious, and high-quality meals according to company recipes.

• Develop and improve healthy recipes and menu items.

• Prepare meals suitable for vegan, keto, low-carb, gluten-free, and high-protein diets.

• Ensure proper portion control, presentation, and consistency.

• Train outlet kitchen staff on healthy food preparation and cooking standards.

• Monitor food quality, freshness, hygiene, and food safety.

• Control food waste, portions, and kitchen costs.

• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and municipality standards.

• Support kitchen operations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

• Work with management and nutrition teams on menu development and improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef, preferably in healthy/wellness cuisine.

• Experience in healthy menu development and recipe creation.

• Experience training and supervising kitchen staff.

• Knowledge of nutrition and current healthy food trends.

• Culinary Arts, Nutrition, or Hospitality qualification preferred.

• Food Safety & Hygiene certification required.

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.

• English communication skills required.

# Location: Al Ain.

# Work Location: In person.

# Salary Range: AED8K To 10K.

# Preference will be given for immediate joiners or cancelled visa.
