## Description

Freelance Exhibition Business Development Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Exhibition Professional for a 10-day assignment to support our upcoming exhibition.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Business Development Manager with client coordination and day-to-day activities.

• Handle communication and follow-ups with exhibitors, clients, and potential participants.

• Support clients with their queries and ensure timely coordination.

• Assist with exhibitor onboarding, documentation, and participation requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.

• Maintain and update client records and follow-up details.

• Provide general support to the Business Development team as required.

• Assist during the exhibition period, if required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the exhibition or events industry is mandatory.

• Experience in client handling and coordination.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in supporting sales or business development activities will be an advantage.

• Must be available for a 10-day freelance assignment.
