The Role

We're hiring a Business Development Associate to grow KMS's presence across home, office, HORECA, and event furniture. You'll open doors, build a pipeline from cold lead to signed client, and represent KMS at every touchpoint along the way — in meetings, at events, and online.

What you'll do

• Identify and pursue new business across home, office, HORECA (F&B), and event segments

• Generate leads and manage a sales pipeline end to end

• Research market trends, customer needs, and competitors

• Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals

• Work with internal teams to match offerings to client needs

• Report on pipeline progress and results

What you bring

• Experience in business development, sales, or account management — furniture or interiors a plus

• A confident presenter who's comfortable pitching directly to clients

• Proven lead-generation ability and a results-driven mindset

• Strong market research and communication skills

• Comfortable with CRM tools and everyday MS Office/Google Workspace use

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience

• Fluent English; other UAE-market languages a plus

• A self-starter who manages a hybrid schedule and multiple opportunities well

Compensation

This role starts with a 3-month trial period on commission-based pay. Once you hit target, you move onto a fixed salary — a structure built to reward the people who can prove they can sell.

## Requirements
